We don’t build to our needs but yours; we listen to what you want, we assess your needs, we offer advice and then we deliver, exactly what you asked for, on time and on budget. Below are examples of our project management services:
Lincoln Air National Guard - Dining Facility
2901 W Furnas Ave, Lincoln, NE
We managed the project up to near completion. This was a federal project that required security and energy upgrades. The security upgrades included blast proof glass, security perimeter upgrades, fire and communication. Energy upgrades included a new roof system, automated and efficient lighting, efficient HVAC and plumbing fixtures.
Ambassador Apartments
49th and Dodge, Omaha. NE
This was a historical restoration project which was help funded by city dollars to remove a blighted building and restoring it to its original condition with many energy upgrades. This was originally built in the 1920s for Omaha's affluent residences and some units had servant quarters.
